I placed my order. Now what?

• Upon placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email summarizing details of your order. A pending authorization will be placed on your credit card at that time.

• After your order is packaged, has a shipping label generated, and is ready to ship, a second email with tracking details with be emailed to you. At that time, your credit card will be charged.

• Our candles are not mass produced to sit on shelves. Rather, they are made to order, which requires 7 days, most of which is cure time. As a result, your package will take approximately 10 days from the ‘date of order’ to be received by you, excluding Sundays and/or Holidays. Please allow an 5-7 additional days of order preparation time for all customized and/or bulk orders.


How will my candles appear?

All of our candles are derived from soy beans. These beans tend to vary in color so slight variations in the color of our candles may occur, nothing dramatic though. Certain scented candles already have a predetermined color, however, coloring can be removed and/or altered, upon request. Minimal frosting may sometimes appear throughout candles, but will not affect the quality. Slight lightening of candle color may occur if candle isn’t burned within 30 days of purchase. 


Are there any discounts available?

Yes, we offer bulk discounts!

Orders of $500 or more, before tax, are eligible.

Orders between $500 - $999 will receive a 5% discount, just enter SAVE5 at checkout.

Orders between $1000 - $1,999 will receive a 10% discount, just enter SAVE10 at checkout.

Orders of $2,000 or more will receive a 20% discount, just enter SAVE20 at checkout.


Do our candles expire?

No. We recommend burning candles within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, slight lightening of candle color may occur. This will not affect the burn in any way. To prevent this, burn within 30 days of purchase. If color discoloration doesn’t bother you, feel free to store your candle away as long as you like & it’ll be ready to use whenever you are.


Do we ship internationally?

Yes, however we do charge for international shipping. We work closely with a parcel carrier of your choice to ensure the lowest shipping cost possible. Upon placing your order, a member of our customer service team will contact your within 24 hours to begin the coordination of your shipment delivery.
